Tortilis Camp

Tortilis Camp is set on a private hill within Amboseli National Park, framed by acacia trees and with the most iconic Kilimanjaro view in Africa. The thatched stone-and-canvas suites are perfectly positioned for sunrise and sunset over the world's tallest free-standing mountain.

Amboseli is Kenya's premier elephant park — herds of 600 elephants are common, drawn to the swamps fed by glacial meltwater from Kilimanjaro. The camp's eco-credentials are exceptional (solar power, recycled water, locally sourced food) and Maasai community partnerships are deep.
