About This Tour
The trek to Mount Nyiragongo's summit is one of the most extraordinary adventures on Earth. The 6-hour hike ascends through volcanic jungle to the crater rim at 3,470m, where you spend the night in basic cabins overlooking the world's largest lava lake.
