This is the original safari experience — exploring the African bush on foot with nothing between you and the wild. Our 3-day Kruger Walking Bush Trail takes you deep into designated wilderness areas where no vehicles are allowed.
Led by two expert armed rangers (SANParks-qualified), you'll walk 12-15km per day through diverse landscapes — riverine forests, open savannahs, and rocky kopjes. Your rangers read the bush like a book, teaching you to identify tracks, interpret bird alarm calls, and understand the complex web of life in the bushveld.
Close encounters with Big Five animals on foot are electrifying and deeply humbling. Evenings are spent at rustic bush camps, sharing stories around the fire and falling asleep to the sound of hyenas and nightjars.
